I am an IFS-informed and EMDRIA-certified therapist seeking to identify and move through the roots of learned patterns of behavior. I personalize sessions to cultivate an immersive visit and a deliberate learning environment. My hope is to find depth in our sessions to strengthen your relationship with yourself, your work, and others.
I use an individualized approach based on EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I've also worked within the realms of performance psychology, which can play a supplemental role in treatment. I often draw from several expressive therapies to channel the best form of communication.
I have found EMDR to be a healthy catalyst for achieving connection between the body and our learned patterns. I bring an open mind to "learning first" from each person I meet, but I acknowledge that their own awareness is essential for long-term change. Above all, I am grateful for the invitations my clients give me into their worlds.
