My therapy practice is dedicated exclusively to helping college students live happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives. I specialize in working with female-identifying young adults (as well as LGBTQ individuals ages 18-22). My office is less than 4 miles from the Colorado State University campus here in Fort Collins. My goal is to provide a caring environment where clients can comfortably explore their thoughts and feelings to gain insight and understanding into their lives.
I am a strength-based therapist with over 20 years of experience. I strive to create a comfortable therapeutic relationship that promotes introspection, healing, personal growth and positive change.
If you are looking for extra support through a challenging situation or you are ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating!
