My ideal client is a young adult struggling with a sense of self, trying to navigate the impact of childhood trauma in their current phase of life. They struggle with self-esteem, accomplishing goals, and attaining healthy boundaries in peer and romantic relationships. They want to have a greater sense of self, learn how to address and work through the trauma, and acquire tools that will assist in decreasing anxiety & stress while developing healthier coping mechanisms. They desire a healthier and more content lifestyle to forge ahead in life without repeating any unhealthy cycles in future relationships or stages of life.

My ideal client is someone who is open to first accepting therapy as an intervention to help with what they be struggling with. This client would be open-minded and willing to try different interventions and be truthful about what they are working on and what works for them going through therapy as well as what is not working for them.
