Experiencing personal conflicts can make you feel unsteady, anxious, and unsure about how to move forward. It is during these times, I believe that showing up authentically is the first step in moving forward. I believe that leaning into vulnerability and tuning into yourself is key to a transformative journey. I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in the human capacity for change. I work with individuals seeking change in the areas of anxiety, depression, mood stability, self-esteem, and trauma. I utilize cognitive behavioral approaches, solution-focused, trauma focused CBT, and mindfulness.
