My therapeutic approach is grounded in systematic and narrative therapeutic principles that focus on both internal exploration and external influences. This methodology helps identify unconscious patterns of behavior, introduce new perspectives on ourselves, and create the opportunity for healing and change to occur.
Deepening our understanding of ourselves can nurture a form of intimacy from the inside out that increases psychological resilience, revitalizes our sense of creativity, rekindles lost desires, and unburdens us from unhelpful thoughts or beliefs that weigh us down. This frees us to grow into the people we were always meant to be.
