Thank you for visiting my site. I know your recovery is essential. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing in North and South Carolina. I hold two Master's Degrees—Forensic Psychology from Argosy University and a Master's of Arts in Community Counseling and Development from George Mason University. I am a certified trauma professional skilled in helping adults, adolescents, and families manage mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. When working with clients, I use a person-centered, strength-based, compassionate, trauma-informed, and multiculturally approach to the therapeutic process.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative process between the therapist and the individual or family unit. I offer support and help clients explore new skills to help them live the life they truly desire. In therapy, I draw from different modalities, including Cognitive Behavior therapy, Family Systems therapy, and motivational interviewing,
As your therapist, I will walk alongside you as you navigate the uncertainties and life challenges. I will provide education so you will learn the source of your behaviors. I will teach you how to be your inner cheerleader, help you stop the cycle of generational trauma, and discover the benefits of self-care, self-love, and connection of mind and body.
