My goal as a therapist is to have a large bag of tools for you so that we can find a technique that you respond to best. I love working with creative people, people who are suffering from anxiety, depression, conflict, people who have chronic pain despite medication adherence and people who are just plain confused about why they feel the way they do. I don't believe that any one approach works for every person, and want to work with you collaboratively to find out what it is that you need for your unique life story.

I am an Allender Trained therapist working with clients who have significant stories of harm. My focus is in issues of trauma, addiction, grief, shame and relational issues for both men, women and couples. My training is in a narrative approach, helping people uncover their story, leading to pathways of healing. It is in relationships that we get wounded and it is in relationships that we find healing. We are storied people. Our stories include places of harm and trauma. I believe the work in healing and growth is uncovering our stories and bringing care to the places of harm.

As the founder of 3Cempowerment, I value a Spirit-centered, strength base and solution focus therapy. I rely heavily upon my clinical pastoral education whereas I meet the client where they are offering an empathetic presense, listening ear. To assist in identifying deep rooted matters of concern and began establish a health and positive copying mechanisms.

My mission is to help people gain answers, satisfying changes, and self-counseling skills, in any area of life which is giving excess pain and frustration. These aspects of life include personal issues such as trauma, defensive walls, and any other barriers to life satisfaction, pains resonating between mind and body, relationship quandaries, life aspirations, philosophy, and spirituality. As an Integrated Mental Health practitioner, I help you find providers, knowledge and self-help practices, for medical and naturopathic mind-body health. I also work with artists on performance psychology.

Hello, my name is Dyllon. There are many reasons to seek out counseling and I hope to serve as a guide on your path to growth and healing. My practice is eclectic in nature. I believe everyone is unique and therefore deserves a unique approach. My areas of specialty are LGBTQ+ issues, including HRT, anxiety and depression, and relationship issues. I am experienced in and comfortable working with multicultural and diverse populations. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduate of the University of Montevallo where I earned a Master of Education in clinical mental health counseling.

We treat children, adolescents and adults with behavioral issues, mood disorders, developmental and personality disorders. I work with parents to develop behavioral plans for their homes and families to supplement the therapy done with their children/adolescents in my office.

I believe in solution-based therapy and my goal is to work individually with each of my clients, helping them to discover and explore solutions to their problems and developing a new way of looking at them. I challenge each of my clients to explore their world in new ways of comprehension and to learn how to make better choices in their lives.

I intimately understand the immense toll that long hours, complex responsibilities, and the ability to analyze and anticipate complex systems can take on physicians, executive leaders and mental health providers. Working across various sectors of healthcare and business administration has provided me with first-hand insight into the unique challenges these professionals face. I have witnessed how burnout and fatigue can insidiously undermine mental health and overall well- being of highly skilled professionals.

Everyone on occasion feels hopeless, helpless, frustrated, confused, alone, overwhelmed or even "stuck" in life, marriage, family, work, or relationships. Sometimes you just need someone to listen and understand and hope for you, your loved ones, or your current situation when you are unable or unequipped to be able to hope for or help yourself. A crisis can be defined as any situation that comes up in your life that you do not have a support network great enough to overcome on your own.
