My mission is to help people gain answers, satisfying changes, and self-counseling skills, in any area of life which is giving excess pain and frustration. These aspects of life include personal issues such as trauma, defensive walls, and any other barriers to life satisfaction, pains resonating between mind and body, relationship quandaries, life aspirations, philosophy, and spirituality. As an Integrated Mental Health practitioner, I help you find providers, knowledge and self-help practices, for medical and naturopathic mind-body health. I also work with artists on performance psychology.
I draw from systems including Internal Family Systems, CBT, Karen Horney, Rogers, Jung, experience with the arts, yogic spiritual practices, books and videos by the top psychologists, to craft a plan that agrees with you, which you and I will develop together. I will also use terminology that fits you and your goals, and which you can you in self-help work.
As both a scientist and an artist, I support you in tapping into your strengths, including self-reflection, a genuine desire for change, and innate creativity. I help you access your own clarity and insight in solving problems and in finding ways to achieve emotional, relationship, career, and personal goals that are true to your inner self.
