My goal as a therapist is to have a large bag of tools for you so that we can find a technique that you respond to best. I love working with creative people, people who are suffering from anxiety, depression, dissociation, people who are tired of surface level tallk therapy and cognitive coping strategies!. I don't believe that any one approach works for every person, and want to work with you collaboratively to find out what it is that you need for your unique life story.
Joel is an Emotional Transformation Therapy certified complex trauma therapist, EMDR trained and Brainspotting Phase 2 trained clinician who often utilizes parts-based therapies and existential approaches. These help clients with extreme symptoms of anxiety and dissociation make fast paced progress.
