I am a Licensed Professional Counselor here to help you overcome the many stressors and life events that seem to impact our lives. I understand it can be difficult and overwhelming to manage on your own. Sometimes all you need is an outside perspective, or help to manage anxieties or depression; and sometimes you know it is rooted deeper from your past. Either way, I can help you overcome the many hurdles life throws at us that often leave us feeling broken.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and I specialize in helping overcome attachment trauma that often leaves our current relationships difficult and stressful. The relationships we have can affect all areas of our life. I will help you build your own sense of self, and worth independent from others, while healing the wounds of attachment.
I work from a mindfulness based approach to help you feel more in control of the present moment. The only way to help the past or future is to be mindful and stable in the present. I am willing to meet you where you are in the change process, and offer a warm and accepting space for you to feel more in control of your own life.
