For over 15 years, I've worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor in various capacities, including as a psychotherapist with individual and couples as well as working as part of community-based teams. I have experience helping children, adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorder and schizophrenia. In-person & In-network. Serenity specializes in mental health and substance use counseling for teens and young adults ages 14-28. We provide personalized intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient services with an emphasis on peer support and family involvement. At Serenity, we'll work together to identify what works best for you and provide a serene therapeutic space to connect, get support & make positive changes. Most clients begin in our IOP level of care before stepping down to outpatient. Sharon Cuff is a licensed professional counselor who has been providing therapy for over 20 years. She currently works with adults, to help them manage symptoms of anxiety and mild depression. She uses various and individualized treatment modalities, which are tailored to address the needs of each client. Therapy results in understanding a diagnosis and learning ways to relieve and overcome the symptoms. Clients also use appointments to unpack old issues, get beyond the pain of a broken relationship, manage grief, talk out problems and determine solutions.

For the past 14+ years I’ve worked directly with families, couples, adults, young adults and adolescent populations in inpatient, collegiate, and outpatient environments, with clinical and/or leadership experience gained at facilities including Devereux, Remuda Ranch, the Meadows, Grand Canyon University, the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, and Doorways Adolescent Clinic before moving exclusively to telehealth-only private practice. Alyssa C. Lopez is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2019. She obtained her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata and also holds her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Joseph's University. Alyssa approaches mental wellbeing from a holistic perspective, integrating aspects of healing the mind, body, and spirit. Change can be really, really hard. We can get so stuck in routines and behaviors that prove to be ineffective for us, yet it can be hard to recognize on our own. Therapy is useful in that it allows us to look inward while considering what change is necessary to have a more purposeful, satisfying life.

She received her BS in Education from Penn State, her MS in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and her PHD in Educational Psychology from Temple University. She has 13 years of experience as a Nurse Educator and 30 years of experience as both a psychiatric and obstetrical nurse prior to beginning her career as a psychotherapist. She has been practicing as a therapist since 1978.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a focus on providing trauma-informed care. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with the individuals and families I serve. I am strengths-based and work to empower individuals to make change and regain control in their lives. Hilary Chentow is a therapist licensed in WA, PA and DE. Hilary works with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, situations, and mental health goals. She is passionate about supporting LGBTQ folks, especially those who would like to explore their gender. Many clients work with Hilary to find a sense of meaning as they go through major life transitions, which could include marriage, divorce, becoming a parent, switching careers, or moving to a new place.
