My specialties include; trauma, self-esteem, parenting, relationships, grief, death or divorce, fears and phobias, anger issues, sexual abuse, substance abuse, stress management. I teach interpersonal relationship skills, emotional regulation & distress tolerance skills. I also diagnose all mental health disorders based on DSMV.
