Virtual Executive Functioning / Body Doubling
Join me for virtual body doubling! Body doubling is a neurodiversity life hack where the presence of others, even virtually, can motivate us to start, work on, and complete tasks. You might want to do work, school, personal projects, to-dos, or a hobby like crafting, painting, writing, or learning to play an instrument - the sky's the limit! Sessions last 1 hour and do not require you to be on camera or speak. I offer several times during the week. Sessions are $10 each, $50/mo, or free if you are a coaching or counseling client!
