Suffering is an unavoidable part of being human. All of us experience it. I have worked in the Mental Health Field for 40 years. I've been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for 27 of those 40 years. I work with children, adolescents, couples, and families. I work with clients of all ages who struggle with ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), PTSD, Alcohol/Drug Addictions, Family/Parenting, Marital, Sex Abuse, Sexual Addiction, Career Concerns, Self-Esteem Issues, Spirituality Issues, Law Enforcement Personnel Issues, Military Personnel Issues, Athletics, and much more.

I specialized training in EMDR and I have experience working in a variety of settings, including outpatient and inpatient treatment centers, since 2019. I have experience working with diverse populations in the social services sector since 2018. Every person is unique and has the capacity to change for the better in order to become their ideal selves, in my opinion. To help you comprehend the value of both positive and negative experiences that contribute to the development of strength and resiliency, my main strategies include EMDR, hypnosis, motivational interviewing (MI) and cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT).

I am a passionate and dedicated queer therapist with a specialization in LGBTQ-related issues, substance use disorders, trauma, chemsex, sex, and men with sexual dysfunction. My focus is on providing tailored support and guidance to individuals, including gay and bisexual men, MSM (men who have sex with men), and straight men, in their journey towards achieving their mental health goals.

At the core of my treatment philosophy is the belief that families heal when movement occurs and people begin to step out of their comfort zones to unlock their potential and capacity for growth. Often there is underlying pain and/or trauma that needs to be addressed in order for the system to recover and break the cycle. Whether the results of the family dysfunction is abuse, addiction, estrangement, divorce, suicide, broken communication paths, or some other behavior, treatment can provide relief.
