I help those who wish to overcome the myriad cognitive and physiological influences of interpersonal trauma. My practice concentrates on victims / survivors of domestic violence, as well as abusive partners who wish to grow and enhance the quality of their lives and relationships.
I use trauma-informed insight into complex family-related dysfunction due to power and control. Client awareness and confidence is enhanced with a foundation of evidence-based research and practice. I embrace psychoeducation, meditative and physiological interventions to build self-soothing skills, and cognitive based interventions for the mind
