I offer a unique blend of expertise in trauma-informed modalities, (i.e. Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems). My approach is rooted in the belief that safety is the cornerstone of transformative therapy. With a background in drama therapy, I integrate movement-based experiential exercises into traditional talk therapy. This dynamic method allows for a deeper exploration of the self, encouraging clients to embody their experiences and unlock new pathways to wellness.

About Us - We are an incorporated psychotherapy group practice established in 1985. We specialize in working with children, adults, families who are dealing with issues of sexual abuse and/or other forms of trauma. We also provide co-parenting, custody evaluation, forensic evaluation, family reunification, and general psychotherapy services, including couples counseling.

One way that people can cope with trauma, anxiety and depression is to distract ourselves with work. While this is a functional way to survive, it can also lead to feelings of isolation, numbness, extreme stress and burnout. Future goals and dreams may feel hopeless, you may be feeling like it is getting harder and harder just to move through your day. It may become challenging to connect with others and perhaps impossible to connect with any joy. In these times of uncertainty, it makes sense that we would be reaching out for support, reevaluating what is important and talking through ideas on how to move forward.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual therapy to adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and grief. I am passionate about providing care to people from diverse backgrounds and collaborating with clients to attain their identified goals.

I am currently accepting new clients to my virtual practice. This is Telehealth only and private pay. New clients can have appointments within two weeks. I work from a Strength Based, Strategic therapy model which means I am about addressing the issues and not just here for venting.
