I specialize in couples therapy, trauma, addictions, anxiety, and also work with individuals, families, and facilitate process groups. I have a lot of success using EMDR, IMTT and IFS - each of these modalities helps with deep healing so my clients can move from a burdened past, or inner experience, into a fulfilling, healthy and whole present.
As an attachment-based therapist, I enjoy providing an empathetic, safe, nurturing, healing and therapeutically challenging environment.
