People tend to know that there is something wrong or off but they just can't pin point to what is causing it or how to overcome it. Together through therapy sessions we can come to an understanding of root causes to feelings and thoughts. Let us work together and establish some goals that are realistic, short term and attainable. Asking for help at times may be difficult due to some stigma attached to it, I have experience working with clients who were reluctant to seek it.
I offer individual, couple and family sessions in my office or other agreed community setting. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, identity, acculturation and stages of life issues. I also conduct sessions in fluent Spanish. I have a flexible and lay back non-traditional approach to therapy.
