I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing in the mental health field since 1991. I have experience and expertise working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress management, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, and life adjustment issues. There are currently six therapists in my private practice. We counsel children, adults, couples and families. As an approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Arizona, I provide supervision to other therapists who are working towards credentialing/licensure.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, meditation and Mindfulness practices. I am Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and also an EMDR Consultant in Training.
