As a trauma informed attachment therapist, I desire to offer support to individuals, couples, families & children throughout the counseling process, creating safety both internally & externally. The field of psychology continues to expand with new scientific understandings regarding the body & the brain. This is such an exciting time to practice as a therapist! I hope to bring effective techniques, grace & understanding to the therapeutic process while helping clients feel more equipped to love and be loved well!

By exploring your history, plus noticing the current symptoms in your body, new awarenesses will unfold to help create changed patterns of relating. Symptoms of anxiety, depression & other related issues will often decrease. With children, parents & I collaborate, helping identify the best ways to support healthy relationships, emotional awareness & change.

My aspiration is to walk alongside those who are hurting in a safe & connected capacity, showing grace in the midst of uncertainty & pain. I truly desire for those I work with to get well and to interface with themselves and others in increasingly loving ways. I personally come from a Christian perspective and offer this to those who seek this vantage.
