I work with individuals, both adults and adolescents. I work with LGBTQIA+ and am adept at navigating issues of gender/sexuality. I am also certified to practice Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)​, which can relieve distress and accelerate healing.

My ideal client is someone who is looking to feel more pleasure in their sexuality. They are struggling to feel connected to their bodies, close in their intimate relationships, and joy in who they are. My ideal client knows that they want to work on these themes because they know that their life can feel better. They desire to feel more pleasure, joy, and celebration with their bodies, sexuality, and intimate relationships but are unsure how to get there.

Important: I only offer telehealth psychotherapy and coaching for now. I believe as humans we are a whole of all of our areas: body, mind, spirit, relationships, energy. All of these aspects are interacting within themselves and the world all the time. I am a best fit for people who want to take responsiblity for themselves and want to build a relationships to their parts. Clients who already are in their spiritual path, or are curious to cultivate one, want to meet their body is the portal to work with emotion, trauma, and capacity for joy.
