There are moments when what once worked no longer does. The identities, strategies, and inner frameworks that carried you for years begin to feel thin or misaligned with the life now asking to be lived. This is not a failure, but often a sign of intelligence—a nervous system and psyche that can no longer tolerate living on borrowed coherence. My work supports people in these seasons, offering therapy that stays with what is unraveling long enough to listen, sense, and reorganize from the inside out. My practice is intentionally small and focused on long-term depth-oriented work. I accept a limited number of new clients at a time.
I am a somatic psychotherapist grounded in contemplative psychology and depth-oriented relational work. Rather than focusing on symptom management, we attend to how experience is organized in the body, the nervous system, and relationship—supporting integration through presence, precision, and careful attention over time.
I often work with creatives, founders, and people stewarding significant resources whose lives appear stable yet feel internally exacting. Anxiety, rumination, or burnout are met with discretion rather than diagnosis. This is private, relational work for those who value nuance, cultural fluency, and thoughtful care.

I work with grief, anxiety, life transitions, chronic stress, and integration of expanded states. Rather than treating experience as a problem to fix, we attend to what your body and nervous system are already trying to communicate. Through somatic inquiry, presence, and relational attunement, you develop greater steadiness, self-trust, and freedom to live more fully—at a pace your system can hold
