Greetings! My name is Tyler Lange. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with credentials also in the state of Colorado. As a clinician, I view the counselor and client relationship as a partnership where we work together to reach your personal goals. I am also a working mom, partner, and human being who understands the hardships life transitions can bring. Therefore, I believe in creating an environment where clients feel safe and comfortable enough to explore their thoughts and feelings.

In my experience, I have supported adolescents and their families in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, parental struggles, lgbtq+ issues, and career exploration. Most recently, I have assisted clients with life transitions, past traumas, and learning how to grieve. I am committed to working with any client who wants to maintain their anxiety, achieve their career goals, combat their familial trauma, and much more.

My goal is to help my clients learn about themselves and their loved ones. We are all in relationships , so how do we get what we need from these relationships while giving others what they need as well? My goal is to help with this complex balancing act. Life transitions make balance difficult. So whether you are dealing with a new marriage/baby, an empty nest, marriage difficulties, job loss, grief or any number of these transitions, it is my goal to help my clients through these transitions with empathy, caring and common sense strategies from many theoretical perspectives.

I believe that every client has, within them, the power to overcome any obstacle. Whether it is individual, couples/marital, familial, or relational concerns, together through collaboration, we can find a solution. I am an empathetic & solutions oriented therapist who believes in empowering my clients.
