I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and EMDR techniques that have a high level of scientific support. By balancing compassion and honest feedback, I help my clients change unhelpful patterns of behavior. I love to teach practical tools to help my clients face fears...to not only cope with life but to flourish.

My work with clients includes: anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce recovery, grief/loss, and life transitions. I work with clients of all types. While my practice has a sound foundation in science, I'm equipped to provide spiritually-integrated psychotherapy where my clients desire it, with a special focus on Christian and Catholic issues.
