I take a solution-oriented approach, with a mix of CBT and Narrative therapy as well. Though, we can build an approach together that best suits your needs. I have experience working inpatient, in non-profits, and community based programs. I have worked with people in acute crisis, with chronic trauma, differing abilities and complex difficulties.
