Welcome! Foremost, my goal is to provide a safe space for individuals and families to learn more about themselves and the current issues that led them to my office. I treat a range of emotional and behavioral concerns in children, adolescents, and adults; I work in individual, group, couples, and family formats. In addition, I provide comprehensive testing, including detailed analyses of attention, social, emotional, behavioral, and personality. My therapeutic technique is integrative; I incorporate research-based methods from the Gottman Method (Level 3 trained), CBT, ACT, interpersonal, and systemic theories.

I have been working with children, adolescents, and families for several years. I have worked in all types of outpatient settings including children's hospitals. I specialize in treating anxiety and mood related disorders as well as OCD and ADHD. I also work with parents to help them learn how to navigate the journey with their individual child's emotional and developmental needs. Parents of toddlers are welcome too! I am a mother myself so I know and understand the daily struggles and the endurance raising a child takes. I want to help!

My name is Iesha Anderson. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and graduated from Prairie View A&M University. I also attended Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Academics were a very important part of my life. I realized at an early age that education was vital to my future success in life and the life of others. I have always had a passion for counseling and helping since the first day I sat in my psychology course during my journey in undergraduate school. My experience in Real Estate, taxes, customer service, and mental health has equipped me with the ability to relate and understand where others are coming from. I have always had a passion for special populations and was blessed to find a career that combined my love for both, families and individuals.

I provide presurgical psychological evaluations and psychological assessment across a variety of contexts. I strive to provide services that are objective and thorough in a competent and efficient manner. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, have over a decade of experience in the field of clinical assessment, bariatrics, and spinal cord stimulators and possess expertise in psychological assessment that makes me a uniquely excellent choice for your psychological assessment service needs. My specialty is conducting pre-surgical psychological evaluations and can conduct them via telehealth services.

I specialize in ADHD and Tourette Syndrome, and also have experience with anxiety, depression, parenting, infertility, grief, and social skills. The pressures of life can be overwhelming and can lead to unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I help individuals set reasonable expectations and develop specific strategies to attain their personal goals. I also provide guidance and assistance to help families learn how to collaborate and work effectively with schools when seeking special education services. I have been married for 19 years and experienced the challenges and blessings of two teenage sons with special needs.
