As a Certified Sex Therapist, I work with people who come from all sorts of beliefs systems about sex. Some see sex as something just reserved for marriage while others have a more casual, open approach to their sexual relationships. No matter the values you have, it is possible for sex to become something that causes us pain. This pain might be physical-or it might be emotional, leading us to feel sad, anxious, or disconnected from our own body or relationships. Sometimes it is simply harder than it "should" be. The good news is, I have experience in helping people like you find healing in their relationships with sex.

Are you experiencing disconnection in your relationship(s) that is leaving you feeling stuck and unsure about the future? Are you struggling with emotional connection, physical intimacy, or both? I believe everyone can change the course of their story in the present moment and ultimately change how their story unfolds. We can work together to identify relational patterns that are contributing to the disconnection you are experiencing, address and heal past relational and/or sexual traumas, and work toward increasing your capacity for intimacy, trust, and relational and sexual satisfaction. I am passionate about advocating for and working with the BGLTQIA + community. I am kink informed, non-monogamy affirming, and sex worker allied. I provide a sex-positive environment for those who are working to understand themselves better, whether that be regarding sexuality, gender, mental health, and other aspects of identity. I work with individuals, couples, multi-partnered systems, and families. I have a background working with teens in the LGBTQ+ community and their families, as well as a history of educating this population to bridge the gap between parents and their children who hold these identities.

Accepting new clients! As a therapist I aim to empower my clients on their journey to healing and happiness. My goal is to help create lasting change in both individuals and their relationships. I work to provide a safe, comfortable, confidential and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and process their current and past struggles. My therapeutic process is collaborative and I look to acknowledge and validate my clients while teaching the skills that are proven to be successful when it comes to making changes. I do talk therapy that is inclusive and affirming of all orientations, lifestyles, beliefs and relationship styles.

I am a transgender, sex positive, tattooed, feminist counselor. My space is gender affirming, kink aware, non-monogamy friendly, and sex worker allied. My counseling style is collaborative in nature. I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives and should be treated as such. Each therapy plan is individualized to fit each client’s unique needs and wants. Almost 20 years of corporate experience has provided me with a lens to understand the dynamics and challenges families, couples, and individuals feel from outside pressures. Throughout my life, I have gained an understanding of the stress that can come from balancing work, family, and personal needs. My educational history includes a Bachelor’s Degree in history from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Masters of Legal Studies in energy law from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.
