I am dedicated, committed, and highly passionate Licensed Social Worker. I have an array of experience working with all age groups from early childhood and beyond. I have worked with individuals and families from various social and economic backgrounds, cultures, Spiritual backgrounds, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am experienced working with trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, victims of child abuse and neglect, amongst other mental health issues. I have a dedicated a large portion of my career to working with children and adolescents with behavioral issues.

I work with adult clients who feel stuck but still want to build more confidence, more inner peace, and harmonious relationships. I enjoy empowering people to trust in themselves and in their partners. I collaborate best with folks who are smart and creative, spiritual but not necessarily religious. Some have been minorities (e.g., immigrants, LGBTQ+, etc.). Many have been feminists and progressives. Most have struggled with anxiety and depression. All have proven themselves resilient!
