I am experienced working with trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, victims of child abuse and neglect, amongst other mental health issues. I have a dedicated a large portion of my career to working with children and adolescents with behavioral issues.
My style is warm and welcoming. I have a solution focused approach where my first step is building a therapeutic rapport with my clients, while creating measurable and attainable goals. We will work towards developing your version of your best self. While creating inner peace and happiness. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental space.
