Helping others has always been a part of my heart. I enjoy working with all ages but particularly enjoy working with the adolescent population. Adolescents is such a pivotal and impressionable stage of life where they are learning and exploring their own beliefs and ideas. No matter what I believe in being transparent, kind, honest, and genuine within the therapeutic relationship. I strive to make sure my clients have answers about the therapeutic process and feel comfortable.

Patricia received her Master of Science from Lee University in 2016. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Tennessee. Patricia's counseling services are available via telehealth. Patricia is trained and experienced in trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and simply adjusting to life. Her treatment model is trauma-informed and integrative psychotherapy including clinical training in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Level 1 Complex Trauma Treatment Professional Training, current training telehealth trauma certification.

Hey there! I'm a therapist that specializes in couple's therapy and individual therapy for men ages 15-35. My primary expertise are in trauma reprocessing/integration, infidelity recovery/repair, and attachment maintenance in family systems. On any given day you could find me helping a young man processing life's struggles, a couple seeking healing from a constant sense of disconnection, or a family needing deeper connection through new experiences of one another. Whatever the situation, I love coming alongside others to journey with them towards wholeheartedness.

I have a passion for helping families and young people. Parenting in all stages of life can be difficult, which is why I seek to provide support, understanding, and tools to help enhance your family relationships. I work directly with caregivers to manage behaviors of toddlerhood. I connect well with middle schoolers who find it difficult to connect with others. I also enjoy helping teenagers find hope and healing while overcoming depression and trauma. I’m like a teacher in that you should learn something from me, like a doctor in that you should overcome symptoms, and like a firefighter in that I help keep kids safe.

Sometimes your own mind can be the hardest place to exist. I believe that every individual deserves access to the tools necessary to feel comfortable and safe within themselves. I have history working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced life-altering traumas and navigating a path forward. There are so many things in our worlds outside of our control. Carrie received her masters in counseling from regent university Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2016. She is licensed in Tennessee as a licensed professional counselor (LPC-MHSP) and has worked in the counseling field for 5 years treating a variety of mental health issues in children, adolescents, and adults. Carrie has worked in residential and outpatient treatment settings. She has experience with, and is passionate about, working with adolescents, young adults, and adults with eating disorders. Carrie also has experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma, substance abuse, and more.
