Is it difficult to express your feelings or thoughts? Perhaps you are experiencing communication problems in your relationships? If you have, or are experiencing any of these issues, I would be honored to walk with you and help you navigate your way to confidence, freedom, and healing. I work with adults and approach therapy from a Christian worldview. I integrate faith into the counseling process by request.

Focus: Narcissistic abuse, PTSD, trauma, domestic violence, depression/mood disorders, and anxiety. I offer an integrative approach which may include; CBT, DBT strategies, Interpersonal Therapy, Somatic therapy strategies, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and FLASH (Focused lateral eye stimulation and healing)/Four Blinks method.

We learn about relationships from our family of origin, which influence our perceptions, thoughts, and behaviors about the world and how we interact with others.
