I am a Holistic Therapist meaning I treat mental health through the lens of the whole person: emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual. Our team at the child and family counseling center is trained to provide therapy for children, teens, adults, families, couples, and parents. Several of our providers are certified in PCIT to help parents of children as young as 2 build healthier attachments and address problematic behavior. We teach research based tools that are useful for client's dealing with anxiety, depression, mood swings, or just feeling overwhelmed. We can also teach client's techniques to improve social skills, communication, and family interactions.

As a temperament counselor, I give clients a questionnaire to complete in order to help them identify their soul needs. Once a client understands their temperament, we can develop a strategy to live a life that is more stable and fruitful. My name is Hannah and I am passionate about working with teens and adolescents as they navigate the stressors that come with growing up. This could present in a multitude of ways consisting of emotional regulation, exploring sexuality/identity, navigating transitions in school, conflicts with family and peers, high acuity depression or self-harm, or living through parents divorce/separation.
