A core part of my work is helping clients build confidence- learning to trust who they are, understand what they need, & claim both without guilt or shame.
I am especially passionate about supporting clients as they navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and struggles with self-esteem, worth, and identity. I am EMDR trained, and I often use this powerful tool to help clients process difficult experiences to move toward healing, expansion, and greater emotional freedom.
My role is to create a safe, warm, & trusting space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self. You are a whole person, & I welcome every part of you into the counseling room.
