Dr. lan Silbert is a psychotherapist in the state of Florida who has over 33 years of experience in practise. He received his Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Barry University in 1993 and he is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Silbert attended the University of Windsor and received his MSW in 1988; York University and received his BSW in 1987; and, the University Of Toronto completing a Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Music in 1985.

Hilary is passionate about working with adults, children, adolescents, teens, and caregivers who have experienced trauma to improve overall functioning in the family systems and communities in which they live. She has provided therapy to individuals who have experienced grief/loss, witnessed domestic and community violence, medical trauma, abuse, neglect, and involvement with the dependency system. Hilary has also worked with individuals who have social, emotional, behavioral, development and learning concerns.

I offer 1, 2, and/or 3-day Experiential Intensives. This allows me to guide you to connect safely with yourself as we explore the various symptoms, trauma responses, no longer serving behaviors, shame/guilt, and negatively held core beliefs. Experiential intensives allow you to go beyond talk therapy, to get to the root of the challenges. I also help those already in sobriety who may be seeking more fulfilling and/or emotionally whole-hearted lifestyle changes. I wish to co-travel with those who desire to heal, transform, define, and redefine their lives.
