My Name Is Roxane Blanchard Johnson. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor; licensed in the state of Maryland MD LCPC. I have over 18 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I am a trauma-informed therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, Trauma, Adults with Childhood Abuse, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse.

They express that the issues have prevented close relationships with their adult children. They want forgiveness and help in creating better ties. The goal may be to explore & resolve issues related to traumatic events and improve overall mood. Interventions may include sharing details of the event and how it has affected their relationships, using positive self-talk, developing positive coping skills, and identifying effective strategies to communicate thoughts and feelings.

A Woman In Transition Is A Powerful FORCE. I specialize in counseling women who are moving to and from a relationship, women starting and wanting a new career, women transitioning from working outside the home to staying home with family, women starting again for so many reasons, and women that just want their lives to be better and unencumbered by past hurts. My 14 years of experience in counseling also includes working with young women who are developing their identities: helping them understand how to love themselves inside and out, and developing them into confident and productive women.

Welcome to Three Hearts Therapy and Supervision Services. I provide supervision to LMSWs in MD and I provide individual therapy (English or Spanish). I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in a number of settings (schools, clinics, non profit agencies and teletherapy). Many of the clients I’ve seen, have worked through trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss as well as adjusting to other life transitions. My specialty is in adjustment disorders due to my passion in helping first and second generation Hispanic students navigate their college experiences/ life dilemmas due to engrained cultural norms.
