I believe that each person possesses an innate ability to heal. I consider it a privilege to work with my clients while they face transforming challenges. In my work, I customize my approach to each person, emphasizing individual strengths. My practice is holistic and I bring knowledge of alternative therapies, philosophical and spiritual approaches. With an emphasis on wellness and stress reduction, a client can achieve calm in order to focus on the problems at hand. I specialize in trauma, abuse and relationship issues, utilizing a blend of treatment approaches. I am trained in EMDR, mindfulness meditation and visualization techniques.

Hana is a Clinical Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C). Her education and career have always focused on her passion for working with different age groups of individuals. She has extensive therapeutic experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults in a variety of settings including, public schools, pediatric offices, community sites and homes. She has provided psychotherapy services to clients experiencing wide range of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem and trauma.
