At Re-New Psychological we are of the belief that you're doing the best you can with the tools that you have. We work to help you identify your strengths and your successes and identify areas of growth. Rather than highlighting pathology in your life, we help you develop new tools to overcome any roadblocks you have encountered. In general, we work well with life transitions/adjustments, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, identity concerns, grief/loss, career concerns, acculturation/cultural concerns. Some of our therapists have additional training and expertise in disordered eating/ body image concerns and substance use concerns.
