I enjoy helping people who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or defeated while encountering life’s challenges. We will work together to sort through unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be interfering with a sense of hope and enjoyment of life.

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling unmotivated, burnout, challenges with family, codependency/boundary issues, grief, and/or relationship concerns - I can help you navigate these feelings and offer a path forward. These feelings are a natural, unavoidable and sometimes overwhelming part of life. Our day to day lives are filled with ups and downs and we should connect to talk about them. My role is to foster a safe and warm environment and to encourage an open dialogue. During therapy, any thought, feeling and behavior can be discussed, those ups and downs will feel less overwhelming and much more manageable.

Feeling satisfied and fulfilled in your season of singleness comes with its challenges. Single parenting and life after separation or divorce can be overwhelming. You don't have to do it alone.

I am also dedicated to helping you navigate stressors related to parenting, step-parenting, relationships, career issues (career exploration/dissatisfaction/burnout), and adapt to life transitions and important milestones, such as starting/ending chapters.

I specialize in children and adolescent behavioral health and love to provide children and teens with the skills they will be able to use for the rest of their lives. I use a cognitive behavioral approach, which means I look at how our thoughts, and emotions affect our behaviors. Sometimes it feels like one of the areas has control over us, so finding ways to manage our thinking, feeling and behavior is very key to a well life.
