With over 11 years experience as a psychotherapist and as a graduate of Lancaster Bible College specializing in Elementary School Counseling, I am serving as a private practitioner since 2017 working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents and teens. Among my areas of expertise are Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), working with female victims of Domestic violence, and Mental Health disorders. I'm also a published author of a workbook titled Renaissance Program Empowering Abused Women One Step at a time.
I created the Renaissance Program which is a 10-12 week therapeutic domestic violence modality that takes a holistic approach towards helping women develop themselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually in order to help them develop their self-esteem, uncover their hidden potential, talents, skills and discover who they are.
I am an interactive, bi-lingual Spanish and client centered therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support, teach and provide practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
