I work with people experiencing trauma, grief, identity exploration, anxiety and depression. Currently accepting the following Medicaid insurances- Healthfirst and Metroplus, and Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, United Healthcare, BCBS (not Medicaid). My practice highly values cultural competency and financial accessibility, and I work with people of all races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, and genders/sexuality. I practice with values of compassion, somatics and connecting to our bodies, spirituality and connecting to the earth, and sex positivity (including the importance of what asexuality brings).
The pillars of how I work center on self- compassion, tuning in and listening to your body and intuition, undoing internalized patriarchy/capitalist/ableist values. I value grief as an essential and special journey. I am here to help you get to know yourself better and learn ways of self care that work for you.
I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, with special interests in grief, neurodivergence, cultural identity, sexuality, and non traditional relationship structures. Email preferred
