My aim is to provide practical coping tools to alleviate symptoms/stressors, while also helping you to build a deeper sense of self, awareness, and overall well-being.

I am Stephen G. Hello, I've been in private practice for over 20 years and I work mainly with clients who have relationship problems, identify as LGBTQIA yet not exclusively, have substance issues, trauma, and identity issues. Stephanie is a licensed psychotherapist clinically trained in New York City. She received both graduate degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University after completing undergraduate studies at Cornell University. With over ten years as a licensed practitioner, she has held various positions in the field, including: bilingual psychotherapist for a nonprofit, Special Programs Counselor and lecturer at Brooklyn College, and behavioral specialist in child welfare.

Jennifer Julien is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in upstate New York. She is a compassionate, experienced, and holistic therapist who draws from an extensive amount of experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy and working with victims of domestic violence. She is passionate about her work and strives to provide safe, affirming, and down-to-earth approaches to help people explore destructive thinking and behavior patterns often related to painful life experiences. Jennifer believes that therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client to examine concerns with curiosity and without judgment.

Hello! I help individuals from all walks of life with a variety of concerns. I help individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and alcohol concerns, grief and loss, relationship issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Their goals might be practical, or more theoretical, and I often incorporate elements from my background in philosophy and music studies to help understand how concepts can help with healing. Valerie Janowski is a licensed mental health counselor.
