Elizabeth’s therapeutic style is one that is goal-oriented, collaborative, strengths-based, and promotes positive psychology. She enjoys working with those with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma histories. She uses a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Theory. Above all, a holistic and mind/ body perspective guides her practice.
Elizabeth enjoys working with those going through life’s big transitions; such as emerging into adulthood, newly married patients, those that are just beginning their families, or starting new career opportunities.
Socially and culturally diverse clients are welcomed. She respectfully serves individuals from varied ethnicities, races, gender identity, religions, socioeconomic backgrounds, and sexual orientations. LGBTQ+ warmly accepted. Elizabeth has experience working with children and adolescents ages 6 and above, emerging adults (18-22 years old), and women.
