As a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience working with diverse populations and issues, I believe that every individual can achieve a more authentic understanding of themselves, their background, the more challenging aspects of their lives, as well as identifying positive attributes and assets. Through the use of a diverse set of treatment strategies and via an intersectional lens which acknowledges systemic impacts, my clients are able to set achievable objectives and goals, moving forward in life with a better understanding of themselves and the environment around them.

I am a seasoned psychotherapist with many years of experience working with a diverse clientele. I believe that growth occurs in therapy not just from insight, but from the willingness to tolerate the discomfort of the unknown and experiment with new ways of being in and out of sessions. I strive to be an engaged and active partner in this work. I also do executive coaching for people in tech, finance and media-related fields. Although psychological factors are never entirely left out of this work, the focus is on optimizing professional goals.

Friction between our internal reality and the external world is often a significant source of stress in our lives. Who we are is often the source of our greatest strengths, but it can also leave us feeling unseen or invalidated by the world around us. I'm a couples therapist who specializes in supporting people navigate challenging conversations regarding sex/ intimacy. I've been a practicing therapist with over ten years of experience helping individuals and couples deal with the obstacles that daily life presents. Couple dynamics, and challenges with sex and intimacy can pose difficulties in partnerships making it a hardship to talk without feeling fear and judgment. As a therapist, I am a compassionate and judgment-free clinician, who will help you feel confident about your mental and sexual health.

I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Perfectionism, and Anxiety Disorders. I have expertise in and passion for treating Purely Obsessional subtypes of OCD. I received extensive training from an internationally-renowned expert on Pure-O and OCD and gained significant experience using Exposure & Response Prevention to treat OCD, anxiety, and Pure-O in both national and international populations. I work with clients to build creative, individualized treatment plans that incorporate research-based methods, and take into account a client’s unique needs, circumstances, culture, & values.
