I am trainee at The White Institute and I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also skilled in working with individuals, adolescent, families, and couples struggling with grief and loss.
My background as a Yoga Teacher, Nutrition, and Healthcare studies informs the ways in which I strive to help my clients achieve a better balance between negotiating daily stress and building care and compassion for themselves.
