As a licensed psychologist in practice for over 25 years, I have been so fortunate to have fostered personal growth and fulfillment in those I have worked with. I help people to build on their strengths in order to enjoy their lives. The first sign of strength is recognizing that there is a problem and coming for help. I work with people of all ages, but specialize in adolescents and young adults. I deal with a wide variety of emotional difficulties and have experience helping with adjustment to college and early adulthood, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and parenting concerns.

We take a comprehensive approach to understand the challenges our clients face on a daily basis. We strive to turn these challenges into positive and measurable outcomes. We help individuals by teaching evidence-based techniques which can be applied directly to the workplace, athletics and social/emotional functioning. Our clients learn how to perform effectively by increasing focus and attention, setting specific goals, decreasing negative emotions and increasing confidence. Having had a diversity of experiences allows me a unique ability to approach helping others. I provide neuropsychological assessment as well as a variety of treatment services, using an mix of various orientations and modalities. I understand how cognitive and emotional difficulties can impact not just school/work functioning but also personal relationships and family life. I appreciate that parents and families can play an important role in treatment and include them when appropriate. I work with a variety of emotional and neurological issues with the ultimate goal of helping my clients get the most they can from their lives.

Over the past thirty years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse mental health issues including depression, anxiety, Post-concussive syndrome, ADHD, learning disabilities, ASD, addiction, grief, and trauma. Recognizing that individuals experience stress in many aspects of their life and struggle with life's transitions, I work with children and adolescents transitioning through the stages of development and with adults facing marital, parenting, custody and relationship issues. I conduct psychological and neuropsychological testing to evaluate for mental health, academic, and neurological issues.
