We are looking for clients that are motivated to make lasting changes in their lives. Most clients are looking for a nonjudgmental listener that can competently address their presenting issues and provide skills, tools and a trusting therapeutic relationship. As human beings we all have the need to be accepted, heard and understood. Our practice is supportive in nature and our approach is based in attachment and relational psychotherapy. Essentially, we work with people we like and who want to change their lives and the way they function. We manage an interactive client portal to allow supportive communication in between sessions.

No Telehealth. Due to the increase in demand in therapy and time I am available, email is preferred to get back to you in the most timely manner. I work with individuals and couples from a systemic, client focused and strength-based perspective. I have worked with individuals with an array of issues as well including life transitions, anxiety, relationship conflict, grief and loss, as well as trauma. I particularly enjoy assisting clients on the autism spectrum, people with their anxiety, and couples with sexual intimacy issues. I utilize CBT, narrative therapy and solution focused aspects. I also offer supervision for MFTs.
