Hi, I’m Jillian. I am a Doctorally Prepared Psychiatric Nurse, and it is my mission to help people who want to thrive and just need some extra support getting there (honestly, who doesn’t?). I have spent the last decade working with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I specialize in working with the queer community, military and military spouses, and people in caring professions. I embrace a trauma-informed, Health At Every Size, LGBTQ+ and gender affirming approach to holistic wellness.

We are a multiethnic and multiracial group practice that centralizes care for BIPoC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Clients who come to us are working though life challenges related to their identities. They are often in a process of self-exploration, working to make sense of their place and identity in the world where they are made to feel like "the other" and have been marginalized, traumatized, and blatantly microaggressed. We recognize the importance of finding providers who get it, from a shared and lived experience. Here, our aim is connect communities of color and queer communities with providers of color and queer providers.

I enjoy working collaboratively with young adults and adolescents navigating identity exploration and development, relationship challenges, and transitions. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, Autistic, college students, or those who may be wondering about the intersection of queerness and neurodivergence. I strive to meet clients where they are at and work collaboratively to identify needs and goals.

I enjoy working with couples and individuals that are struggling with communication, trust, anxiety, depression, recurring disagreements, infidelity and affair recovery, sexual challenges, performance anxiety, and evolving relationship structures. If you want to improve your relationship while addressing what's been avoided in the past, I think we could be a good fit. For couples in crisis, we could discuss Discernment Counseling or an Intensive as a way to address concerns immediately.

With nearly a decade of experience in the field, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, honing my skills in providing effective, tailored treatment for a range of concerns.
