I have decades of experience in the field of psychotherapy working with families, couples and individuals, and I specialize in the treatment of trauma using state-of-the-art, evidence-based approaches.
I'm specialized in a wide range of techniques. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR ), recommended by WHO to treat PTSD. I use ARC and DBT to support teenagers and adolescents to build emotional regulation skills. I am trained and experience in Family and Couple Therapy.
