I am trained in EMDR, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & I believe the most effective therapy is guided by the primary needs of the client and utilizes the client's natural strengths & interests in order to make progress. My therapeutic approach is holistic, friendly, warm, respectful, & nonjudgmental; my sense of humor helps clients to feel at ease.
