Hello and welcome. Collaborative therapies approach the therapeutic process from a place of open-minded curiosity. These methods are powerful techniques that explore alternatives to conventional treatment; working side by side we overcome the barriers that keep a person stuck. As a practitioner my intention is to facilitate a setting that empowers individuals and families in promoting healing and finding new meaning in life. This setting allows for deep exploration that can bring balance and integration to your physical, mental, emotional and transcendent selves. It is holistic health as an outlook to creating health and wellness.

I am deeply curious about human relationships; the conditions that make them mutually satisfying and joyful as well as how they can go wrong leaving people feeling in pain, lonely or unworthy. My practice consists of couples and adults whose relationships with themselves and/or others are in disrepair. We all have many relationships. Yet, the more personal and intimate they are, the more distressing and challenging they can be at one time or another. I encourage individuals and couples looking to discover greater relational joy and willing to look both inward and outward for more satisfying life solutions to contact me.

Beginning counseling or job coaching is an important life decision and a clear sign of one’s underlying health and resiliency. I find, more often than not, that people can be helped to release a level of optimism and resiliency that leads them to new, “do-able” goals and choices. All of this reflects a natural foundation of health, even when we experience such common challenges as depression, conflicts at work, fears, ongoing stress or anxiety. Counseling requires some risk-taking. It also takes a willingness to become more self-aware.

Eclectic Therapists
Many practitioners take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing upon various aspects of cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods to create their own custom-made approach. Such therapists often work with their clients to create a treatment plan that encompasses different techniques to best address the client's particular problems and to appeal to their sensibility.
